BJT Transistor
BJT is the abbreviation of
bi-polar junction transistor. This device has three terminals like emitter,
base and collector. transistor is the combination of two diode. base is very
thin in the center of emitter and collector. The upper side of base is
collector and lower side is called emitter. electrons flow from the collector
to emitter and base is control the flow of electron.
